This may include:

  • Cardholder or account holder name.
  • Billing address.
  • Payment account information requested by the applicable provider.
  • Other information required to authenticate or authorize payment.

Incorrect billing information may cause payment authorization to fail.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, some orders may require additional verification.

We may review transactions when there are indicators such as:

  • Unusual payment activity.
  • Material inconsistencies in billing information.
  • Suspected unauthorized use.
  • Multiple unusual transaction attempts.

An order may be temporarily delayed or canceled when payment cannot reasonably be verified.

Geadix does not control a bank's or payment provider's decision to approve or decline a transaction.

17. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

If payment is not successfully authorized, an order may not be completed.

An item appearing in a shopping cart does not guarantee that payment has been accepted or inventory reserved.

Customers should confirm that they have received an appropriate order confirmation after completing checkout.

18. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, contact:

support@geadix.com

Please provide:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number.
  • Email address used for the order.
  • Date of the transaction.
  • Description of the suspected duplicate charge.

Do not send complete card numbers or sensitive account credentials by email.

We will review the order and transaction information available to us.

19. Pending Charges

A payment provider or financial institution may occasionally display a transaction as pending.

A pending transaction does not necessarily mean that a duplicate or final charge has occurred.

Authorization holds and pending transactions are controlled in part by the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

If a pending transaction remains for an unusual period, customers should contact their bank or payment provider.

20. Pricing Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product prices.

If a material pricing error occurs because of:

  • Technical malfunction.
  • Typographical error.
  • Incorrect data entry.
  • System error.

We may contact the customer before fulfillment.

We will not intentionally charge a corrected higher price without appropriate customer authorization.

If an affected paid order must be canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

21. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Where promotional codes or discounts are offered, the applicable reduction will be shown during checkout when successfully applied.

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, including:

  • Expiration date.
  • Eligible products.
  • Minimum purchase amount.
  • Customer eligibility.
  • One-time use restrictions.
  • Limits on combining promotions.

Customers should verify that the expected discount appears before submitting payment.

22. Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed using payment systems and service providers designed to support secure electronic transactions.

Depending on the selected payment method, payment information may be processed directly by the applicable payment provider.

We take reasonable steps to protect customer information and do not encourage customers to send sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email.

Customers should never email us:

  • Complete credit card numbers.
  • Card security codes.
  • Online banking passwords.
  • Digital wallet passwords.

Transactions may be reviewed for indicators of:

  • Unauthorized payment use.
  • Identity misuse.
  • Payment fraud.
  • Abnormal purchasing patterns.
  • Security concerns.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a transaction when there is a reasonable basis to believe that payment is fraudulent, unauthorized, or cannot be appropriately verified.

25. Order Cancellation Refunds

If an order is successfully canceled before shipment and payment has already been collected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within:

7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed

After we process the refund, the customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds visible.

26. Return Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned within:

30 days from the date of delivery

Once the returned merchandise has been:

  • Received.
  • Inspected.
  • Approved.

We process the eligible refund within:

7 business days

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

For complete eligibility requirements, customers should review our Return & Refund Policy.

27. Refund Method

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

For example:

  • A purchase paid by eligible credit card will normally be refunded to that card.
  • A PayPal purchase will normally be refunded through the applicable PayPal transaction.
  • A supported wallet transaction will normally be refunded through the underlying transaction method as supported by the provider.

For security reasons, we generally cannot redirect an eligible refund to an unrelated payment account.

28. Refund Posting Time

Our refund processing time is separate from the time required by a bank or payment provider to make the refunded funds available.

After a refund has been issued, additional processing time may be required by:

  • Card issuer.
  • Bank.
  • PayPal.
  • Digital wallet provider.
  • Other payment service provider.

If a confirmed refund does not appear after a reasonable period, customers should first contact the applicable financial institution or payment provider.

Customers may also contact support@geadix.com for assistance.

Approved returns qualify for:

Return shipping fee: $0

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, order, refund, or payment, we encourage you to contact us first at:

support@geadix.com

Please provide your order number and a clear description of the problem.

We will review available transaction and order information and attempt to resolve legitimate concerns appropriately.

This does not limit any rights available to customers through their payment provider or applicable law.

31. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method has been used without authorization, promptly contact:

  • Your bank, card issuer, digital wallet provider, or payment provider.
  • Geadix at support@geadix.com if the transaction relates to our website.

We may request information necessary to identify the transaction and assist with the investigation.

Do not send payment passwords or complete payment credentials by email.

32. Currency Conversion and Financial Institution Fees

A customer's bank or payment provider may independently impose fees associated with its services, account, or transaction processing.

Such third-party fees are not charges imposed by Geadix.

Any currency conversion, card issuer fee, banking fee, or other financial institution charge imposed independently by a customer's provider is governed by that provider's terms.

33. Third-Party Payment Services

Services such as:

  • Shop Pay.
  • PayPal.
  • Google Pay.
  • Apple Pay.
  • Venmo.

are operated by independent third-party providers.

The availability, authentication process, account eligibility, and technical operation of these services may be controlled by the respective provider.

Customers should review the applicable third-party terms and privacy information when using those services.

34. Payment Method Availability

The presence of a payment method in this policy does not mean it will necessarily appear for every customer or every transaction.

Actual checkout availability may vary because of:

  • Device compatibility.
  • Browser compatibility.
  • Provider requirements.
  • Customer eligibility.
  • Technical availability.
  • Payment account configuration.

The payment methods displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for that transaction.

Changes to supported methods do not affect refunds already owed for completed transactions.
